Improve code maintainability

The maintainability of GraphNeT is tracked by CodeClimate. We should aim for a rating of "A", corresponding to a technical debt ratio of < 5%. Improvements in maintainability can be achieved by:

  • Resolving outstanding issues with code quality/maintainability.
  • Removing poorly maintained modules that are not being used actively.
