Update of streamds to include run summary numbers and strings

To be able to upload the run quality parameters in Jpp v16.0.3 (which now includes the UUID and thus a string in addition to numbers), the upload functionality needs to be updated to allow for insertion both in runsummary_numbers and runsummary_strings.
