inconsistent phi/theta for Sun/Moon for ARCA/ORCA files

@htedjditi found that astro test fails for him in Sun/Moon positions.

I think, I see the bug in my code - in fact local coordinates were never calculated (so they were used from ANTARES tables).

I'll improve in aanet and upload new tables to km3py-testdata.
