Service `calib.CalibrationService` data supply

It is desired to perform calibration issues only via service (calib.CalibrationService) in the future, but for now it has just the possibility to apply the calibration on hit entries in dataclasses.Table. It should also provide the information from the given detector file to the modules via the service.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
