Upload files directly to the DB inside km3pipe codes

For now the way to upload CSV files to the DB is streamds. In a testing phase it's doable but at some point the km3pipe codes which produce CSV files to be uploaded to the DB should do it automatically. I don't know how much work does it take.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
