Update new detx file format

Recently, there has been the update of the new detx file format adding a column for the PMT status; 0 for off and 1 for on for each PMT and changing the line of the DOM id to contain more info (means I guess). The km3pip3 methods should be adjusted accordingly.

A detx file: /sps/km3net/users/guderian/detectors/sim/ORCA4_MC_translated_100m_x.detx

and an ORCA4 (h5) file: /sps/km3net/users/guderian/NN_stuff/raw_data/ORCA4/atm_muons/mcv5.40.mupage_10G.km3_AAv1.jterbr00006048.jorcarec.aanet.2506.h5

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
