add -l s_rss to qsub

The jobs I launch with qsub are killed because they exceed the maximum resident memory. This could be solved by switching the queue either with e.g. -q huge or -l s_rss 10G but I don't see these options available in the docs https://km3py.pages.km3net.de/km3pipe/autoapi/km3pipe/shell/index.html
