calibration off already calibrated files

applying km3pipe.calib on an already calibrated file (like offline files) adds an additional time offset!

TODO: check if input is already calibrated, e.g. by checking if norm(dir_xyz) != 0

(Problem came up in https://git.km3net.de/parapid/newhitfeatures/-/issues/13#note_36333)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
