h5extractf is incomplete for neutrino files

The h5extractf script does apparently not extract all infos that are relevant for neutrino files. I think it would be good to start collecting a list of which infos are missing, e.g. by comparing against a file converted with the old h5extract. Maybe someone who actually uses neutrino files can help me out @adomi @dguderian ?
