Remove the possibility of "partly installing" km3pipe

This seemed a nice idea, but one of the main problems is: you only get the very basic dependencies when you install km3pipe via pip+git-link and then even a km3pipe update will not install those afterwards. Also I have never really used this feature, but always did km3pipe[full]-installations...
