Python 3.4 compat (due to ROOT problems)

In order to avoid #64 (closed), @moritz raised that we could instead make km3pipe compatible with Python 3.4, so that we can use ROOT 6.04 with Py34.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
