h5shuffle2 saves output with a weird type

Dear @sreck , I have ran h5shuffle2 like:

h5shuffle2 --output_file test.h5 Muons_vs_Neutrinos.h5

where Muons_vs_Neutrinos.h5 is the inputfile.

However, it saves the output like: test.h5_temp_0_temp_23-01-2021-16-37-59

is this normal?

ok I had a look at the code shuffle2.py and I see:

temp_output_file = output_file + "_temp_" + time.strftime("%d-%m-%Y-%H-%M-%S", time.gmtime())

and then I see: os.rename(temp_output_file, output_file), but I don't know why at the end I get the naming of temp_file instead of the name I gave...

I think this was caused by if you have only one iteration, then the file would not get renamed as it should. But filecontent should be ok. Should be fixed in 8809183e
