Update get standard reco function

2 things should be updated in the former get_std_reco function in the extractor: 1. get best track with the km3io method and then figure out how to deal with ak.none's. 2. Also add JShower fit in the same way. I will update the first and then, together with @adomi figure out the second part.

I have implemented the changes in the extractor.py - feedback welcome; maybe something could be done faster there evading some iterations.

Adjustments of the tests tomorrow.
