Need for new extractor including W boson decay mode

@ydarras is working on the identification of the W boson decay modes in the Glashow resonance events. For this, we need an extractor that identifies the decay mode for each event and writes this information to the files that are used as input to networks. This issue is to open the corresponding merge request and develop there.
