gammapy 2.0 upgrade // Check Fit_models.ipynb

I started to work on an updated version of the CTA & KM3NeT analysis on a fork. I am working on the following branch: https://github.com/shallmann/Analysis-galactic-sources-CTA-KM3NeT/tree/upgrade/gammapy2.0

If you want to use it you should be able to install it by cloning

git clone git@github.com:shallmann/Analysis-galactic-sources-CTA-KM3NeT.git -b upgrade/gammapy2.0

• all packages to create the conda environment and jupyter kernel should be upgraded
• I already upgraded the Fit_models notebook https://github.com/shallmann/Analysis-galactic-sources-CTA-KM3NeT/blob/upgrade/gammapy2.0/Analysis/Fit_models.ipynb . The result plot looks identical.
• @spadmamohan once you have worked through the 0.17 Fit_models.ipynb, can you verify, that the written outputs csvs are identical? I attach the ones I get. input_model_IC_VelaX.txtinput_model_PD_VelaX.txt
