Generalise DETX

Tamas Gal requested to merge improve-detx into main

Remove the old detx() function which takes a run number and replace it with the new version which takes a detector ID and optional calibration IDs. This is now conform to km3db.

Additional detx() need to be implemented to retrieve e.g. the DETX for a given run.
