Some compasses have no DB calibration recognized
Some compasses have an issue when we try to retrieve and apply the DB calibration.
The most striking examples are the 18 floors of DU12 of ARCA (present on D0ARCA009, D0ARCA020 and D0ARCA021). See the first figure below.
The summary plot says "no data" instead of "no calibration".
The summary after applying calibration is the following:
DOM/BM before calibration: 17/0
DOM after calibration: 17
Details about calibration:
---------- Summary per DU ----------
Series([], )
---------- Summary full detector ----------
Series([], )\
It seems that there is indeed no calibration available. But there is data: see the second figure below.
In order to reproduce the results:
The plot are produced with:
python examples/plot_sea_field_evolution.py
In which script:
- the detector specified line 31 is
detoid="D0ARCA20"
- the du specified line 35 is
"DUID": 12
- the runs used range from 12973 to 13029, so line 35:
minrun=12973
andmaxrun=13029
Figure 1: calibration summary of ARCA.0012, with detector D0ARCA020. Figure 2: sea field evolution, in spherical coordinates, for DU ARCA.0012, runs [12983-13029], detector is D0ARCA020.
