Jutta Schnabel requested to merge 84_read_DST into master

Added DST reader to km3io as dst.py. It is basically an empty reader which reads the "T"-tree without any further ado. At minimum, it probably needs to be clarified how it would be possible to access at the same time basic properties of the events in the "E"-tree and dump them to the same file.
