Numbers in the right y axis of the trigger rates plot

Can be very useful to have the scale numbers or at least the ticks on the y scale right side axis of the trigger rates plot on the monitoring pages of both ARCA and ORCA

Is there something that can be done?

Well, unfortunately no-one volunteers to do this work, so I'll have to do it ;)

The members list is not that big (yet)

basically everyone can simply fork the project and create merge requests (without being a member), so you can push whoever you want
