Update Acoustic Monitoring Program

Carlo Guidi requested to merge 36-integrate-online-acoustic-monitoring-script-for-orca-site-3 into master

The acoustic monitoring script has been updated in order to work properly even now that the thresholds on the Quality Factor are set by the Acoustic Data Filter.
