Acoustic monitoring

Scripts to create 2D acoustic monitoring plots (Floor, DU) for each emitter. Should run once a day to monitor the last 24 hours. Can be adapted to other time intervals.

The script 'run_acoustic_monitoring.sh' uses 'JToa', 'JAcousticsEventBuilder', 'JAcousticsMonitorRateSummary', and 'JAcousticsMonitorRateTest' to create acoustic events, fill histograms of the event rate per DOM, and to test whether each DOM records acoustic signals with the expected rate. The latter two scripts are currently in jpp/master but not yet in a tagged version of jpp (to be changed soon).

Summary files of the acoustic rate (and the functionality) per DOM are created and the output is plotted with 'plot_acoustic_status_and_rate.py'.
