problem with new h5 without jhistblablub, but flags

/sps/km3net/users/shallman/ForTom/aa2h5_problem_dusj/ There is an example .root file where I added the Dusj reco to JGandalf. With an older version of tohdf5 conversion worked. Now it throws an error, which might appear due to the first Dusj not having a JDUSJCOMPLETEFIT particle . files are .root.h5 (new/crashed) and .h5 (old) respectively.

Can this issue be fixed at km3pipe level or do I have to change something in the writing of aanet?
