Add file start id for aanetpump

Basically just implemented the option to only process the 1st event for each file. No extra ID is saved in the file, but you can just get e.g. livetime from the header and move to the next file. For processing it is sufficient and if you do the analysis, you just know what is the first entry in your dict.
