Add the option to choose number of nodes, cpus and node type

Johannes Schumann requested to merge qsub-node-properties into master

At the RRZE HPC the number of nodes, CPUs and node types can be selected, but this cannot be addressed via km3pipe.shell.qsub. I suggest to add this feature.
