TypeError is raised in output check
I was trying to implement a NN for exercise, but an error "TypeError: object of type 'NoneType' has no len()" is raised during the output check that happens after starting the training. I tried to obey all the formats that I found here.
A small description of the function of the NN can be found in the make_data.py. This script can be used to create training and validation data in the h5-format, and the main.py should make the NN train and validate. When executing main.py (after executing make_data.py) I get the above mentioned error which is raised in line 558 in the file "in_out.py" of the orcanet package. When I open this line in the in_out.py I can see that the number of label names is supposed to be printed at this point, and that the variable "mc_names" has type None in my case which causes the error. What do I have to change in my files to fix this error?
