Minimal no of ensembles

Johannes Schumann requested to merge minimal_no_of_ensembles into master

In GiBUU2023 the minimal number of ensembles is given with 100 (every run with less ensembles needs to be confirmed by giving the no. of ensembles as negative value). Thus, the minimal number from estimate_number_of_ensembles is set to 100.
