Update mother_id for propagated particles

Johannes Schumann requested to merge fix_mother_id_for_prop_particles into master

The mother_id for propagated particles is hardcoded to the secondary lepton from the neutrino vertex. As also the interacting nucleon is written out this mother_id needs to be incrementd.
