Move angle to KM3io

The Base.angle definition caused a type piracy since it used Direction and other stuff from KM3io.jl. This was due to some reorganisation of the original NeRCA.jl code. It is now cleaned up the corresponding methods of angle were moved to KM3io.jl.

enabled an automatic merge when the pipeline for 04249e23 succeeds
