mc_info_extractor for neutrino reco chain

It would be useful to have the mc_info_extractor used for the reconstructing neutrino properties in the repo. So this is the function for the preproc of classifiction into noise/muon/neutrino, pid, regression of energy, direction, vertex, by etc.

Thanks! I think the function get_std_reco should return a dict instead of like 20 individual values :-) Also, it would be good to have some unittests.

Since this file is quite large, i suggest to create a new directory for it, so we can add a seperate file for e.g. muon bundles later. I also suggest to rename mc_info_extractor, since I always hated this name. Maybe we can call it extractorinstead... do you have any ideas?

Oh yeah, now that I see it I dont know why I did it that way with the many values only to put them into a dict anyway later^^ I will rearrange that. I have never added tests^^ I will have a look what to do there. Different files and name changes seem ok to me.

Adding test is pretty easy, you can look at the existing ones in orcasong/tests. You basically just check if the function produces the expected output. There are many guides on the internet for that as well.
